General Shipping Questions
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary as they are determined based on your zip code during checkout. However, we offer free local delivery options for certain areas in Miami-Dade/Broward County. Please insert your preferred address and zip code to find out if you qualify for this option!
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! All order overs $35 dollars qualify for free shipping in the US!
How long will it take to receive my order? We want to make sure that you receive your package as soon as possible! That’s why we usually process orders within 24-48 hours. Allow 3-5 business days to receive your package. During our peak season, allow us 2-3 business days to process your order, 3-7 business days for delivery.
Tracking & Delivery
How can I track my order? Once the package label has been created and delivered to the postal office, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order in real time!
What happens if my package is delayed? Please allow the shipping company 2-3 business days to resolve any issues with your order as they may reach out to us if needed. You can also contact us via email for any further assistance.
What if my package gets lost or stolen? Please send us an email explaining your issues, attach your name, shipping address, order number and tracking number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer expedited or same-day shipping? Oh yes! All shipping options will be offered during checkout.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally? Not yet ): we are currently working on finding the best shipping options for our customers around the world!
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return something I bought? All of our sales are FINAL SALES, however, if you receive a damaged item OR experience an allergic reaction, please request a refund via email at lumolskin@gmail.com [subject: Refund Request]. Please be sure to provide the following information in the email:
- Reason for your return request (you may attach images to support your claim), customer’s name & order number.
*All return/exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days after order has been delivered. Once the 7 days have passed, we will not process or accept any refund requests.
Do I need to pay return shipping? No, we will cover all costs for return labels and shipping costs.
How long do refunds take after returning? Once your return has been received back to our office, the refund will be sent back immediately to the original form of payment. Allow 3-7 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected on your bank account.
*Any refunds processed during weekends and/or holidays will be processed during the start of the week or after holidays have ended according to your banking system*
Special Situations
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? Yes! Please send us an email ASAP or within 24 hours after ordering in order to make any final adjustments!!!
What if I need my order by a certain date? Let us know! We want to make sure you get everything as desired, so please send us an email to make sure your package is under the priority list and select the shipping option that aligns with your expected delivery date/time.
*Although we will do our very best to meet your expectations and send out your order as quickly as possible, keep in mind that unexpected delays can happen as we are not in control of our packages once the shipping carrier has received them
